- NexaBuilder: A contractor matching platform connecting Southern California homeowners with CSLB-licensed contractors
- GastroMX.com: A Mexican gastronomy directory and food heritage registry
- Techcial CDM: Content deployment and editorial intelligence infrastructure
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Contractor Platform (NexaBuilder)
NexaBuilder serves as a lead generation and matching platform. We do not employ contractors, guarantee their work, or assume liability for contractor-homeowner disputes. All contractors listed have been verified against the CSLB database at the time of listing. Verify current license status at cslb.ca.gov before hiring.
7. Alcohol Content (24dejulio.com)
24dejulio.com contains information about alcoholic beverages. By using this platform, you confirm you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (21+ in the US, 18+ in Mexico). We do not sell alcohol directly.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our platforms are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of registry data. NOM and distillery information is sourced from the CRT and may not reflect real-time changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Techcial Media Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platforms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of our platforms after changes constitutes acceptance.
